Skin Experts HQ sends automated text messages to individuals who have opted in through our website. Our messaging program includes two types of messages:
- Booking communications — appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups related to your inquiry with a Plaxel LUXE provider, and responses to questions you have submitted.
- Marketing and promotional messages — information about treatments, special offers, educational content, and other promotions related to professional plasma skin treatments offered by Plaxel LUXE providers.
By opting in, you consent to receive both booking-related and marketing/promotional automated text messages from Skin Experts HQ.
How to Opt In
You opt into our SMS messaging program by starting a conversation through the chat widget on our website (skinexpertshq.com) and agreeing to receive automated booking and promotional text messages. Providing your phone number and initiating a chat conversation constitutes your consent to receive text messages from us at the number you provided.
No purchase is required to opt in. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry activity and the status of your appointment booking. You may receive up to several messages per inquiry cycle. Promotional messages are sent periodically and may vary in frequency.

Message and data rates may apply. Text messages sent to and from your mobile device are subject to the standard rates charged by your mobile carrier. Skin Experts HQ does not charge a fee to participate in this messaging program, but your carrier’s standard rates apply.
How to Opt Out or Get Help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation, then no further messages.
Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@skinexpertshq.com.
After you reply STOP, you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again. You can re-opt-in at any time by restarting the chat widget on our website.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is available on most major US wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and Cricket Wireless. Carrier availability may vary. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier outages or restrictions.
